The Greater Columbus Swim Team of Ohio (GCSTO)
Presents Our Fall/Winter 2009/2010
Greater Columbus Swim-Fit Program
Our Teen Swim Fit Program is for those age 12-18 & is specifically designed for teenagers who do NOT want to be part of the competitive team but who want to be able to come together with other teens to work on their conditioning levels and work on all aspects of personal fitness under the eyes of a professional AND in a fun, creative & challenging environment.
This program will incorporate an equal mix of dry land and water exercise routines to help develop cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and core body strength for all those involved. Participants will also be given information on topics that will help them develop their personal health, fitness and welfare!
