Payment Due Dates
For "per session" participants full payment is due 1 week prior to the start of each session for either option for old program participants. New participants will be given a free 1-week trial period to see if the program is right for them. If they decide to join after that week, they can then pay their fees, in full for that session. For "full season" participants here are the due dates:
Oct. 12, 2009 - $200 minimum deposit per swimmer due to avoid a $15 late fee.
Nov. 25, 2009 - All remaining team fees must be paid, in full, to avoid a $15 late fee.
Note About Late Registrations: Anyone starting late into a session or into the season will have their team fees prorated appropriately plus a 10% late registration admin charge.
Trial Period
New participants to the program or to the team are allowed a 1 week trial period before any funds will be due to allow them the opportunity to determine if the program is right for them. Once their trial period is over they will be asked to follow the payment due date schedule for their program of choice.
