The Greater Columbus Swim School's
Advanced Technique Stroke Analysis, Dry Land & Sprint Development Camp Series
offered as part of the Greater Columbus Swim School Series

Indisputably the first of their kind in this area and around the country, our 1 Day Stroke Specific Technique Analysis Camps allow you to focus in on each one of the 4 competitive strokes under the eyes of one of our professional coaches. We maintain a very low swimmer to coach ratio (4:1 is our standard although last minute registrations of siblings and such may cause us to allow in 1 or 2 extra athletes) and focus on every aspect of the stroke during each one of these camps. Athletes taking advantage of more than one of these camps will benefit greatly from the fact that they can build upon technique in one camp based on information received in another one of these camps. As beneficial as each camp is separately, athletes participating in multiple camps will clearly gain a better understanding of the technical performance similarities between all 4 competitive strokes. Also available is our Start, Turn & Finish Camp . Offshoots of these camps have arisen across the sport of swimming due to their tremendous success in focusing on one stroke at a time.
Greater Columbus' advanced dry land training program is now being offered in the form of a Dry Land Development Camp , as well. We know of no other camps like this as we will, for the first time, offer insight into the incredibly successful, swimmer oriented, dry land core strength and endurance development program utilized here at Greater Columbus.
Our Holiday Sprint Camp will be in it's second year of operation and will allow local swimmers the opportunity to work with select members of the GCSTO staff on the development of their sprint technique, sprint training practices, sprint race strategies, core strength development and start, turn & finish technique.
